As part of the extension to an existing retail unit at Brown Lennox Retail Park, our team successfully delivered a full civil engineering and groundworks package.
Works included reinforced concrete pile caps and ground beams, comprehensive drainage installations featuring ACO drains, filter drains, an attenuation tank, flow control chamber, and bypass separator. The scope also covered hard and soft landscaping, paved areas, and resurfacing to ensure a high-quality finish that seamlessly integrated the new extension with the existing retail environment.
